Omelet Brunch
Our Omelet Brunch is served buffet style over a three hour period at your location. It includes big three egg omelets cooked to order using your choice of fresh ingredients like farm fresh eggs, ham, bacon, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, onions, spinach Jalapeño peppers and cheese. We also serve bacon and sausage plus an assortment of breads such as Croissants, Bagels, Biscuits, and Danish with butter and cream cheese. Your choice of beverage will include orange juice, apple juice, grapefruit juice, water, hot tea, regular and decaffeinated coffee, ground fresh and brewed on site. All served using disposable dishes and flatware.
Picnic Fare
For the very best flavor possible we use 100% all beef hamburgers, Nathans all beef hotdogs, juicy chicken breast filets cooked over real hardwood lump charcoal. Not manufactured (pressed briquettes) charcoal and never propane (or should I say Profane). Sides include but are not limited to chips, pretzels, Macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans (regular or vegetarian) and green beans. Drink choices include water, soda, ice tea, and lemonade. For a real treat ad Boardwalk Fries and Funnel Cakes.
Board Walk Fries
All you can eat Board Walk Fries. By themselves or paired up with burgers, dogs or something else on the menu. Thick cut, skin on potatoes cooked in peanut oil and served with vinegar and salt, ketchup too if you like or sprinkle on some old bay seasoning. So good you can almost hear the ocean and feel sand under your feet.
Funnel Cakes
All u can eat Funnel Cakes? That’s right no matter the size of your group we just keep 'em coming. Served with just the right amount of confectioners’ sugar and on request we can bring along fruit and other toppings. With the largest potable propane fired fryer available we are able to fry six to eight cakes at once. That adds up to a lot of tasty fun. Although listed with the carts it really a 10x10 booth. One thing though, pavilions are OK but fire regulations say we can’t bring propane into a closed building.
